Auction sales and purchases

Buyers: We can act quickly to review the auction legal pack and report to you on the contents in advance of the auction so that you are as fully informed as possible before you attend on the day. We provide this service for a fixed fee. IF you are successful at auction we will handle the completion matters with the seller’s solicitors. However, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FUNDS IN PLACE TO COMPLETE as once the hammer comes down, you have entered into a contract to purchase the property on the completion date (which is usually 28 days after the auction).
